Processing Time & Shipping
Typically, everything is made to order so depending on order volume your package should ship out no more than 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping cost is a flat rate of $8. Be aware that due to COVID 19, delivery delays are probable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mind, Body, & Metanoia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you receive a tracking number and you experience problems upon receiving your package please contact USPS or your local post office. Thank you!
Returned Packages
if your package was shipped and returned back to me for any reason, you will be responsible for the $7 reship fee.
Refunds
Due to the nature of my products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If upon receiving your package you notice an item is missing or incorrect contact me via email at [email protected], or through my support page.
In a case an item is wrong or missing you can receive a refund for that item, reshipment of the item, or a store code to get the item free next time you order.
You will need to provide your name, order number, and photo documentation of the items received to receive credit for an incorrect or missing item.
When packaging orders I document everything I pack. On behalf of Mind, Body, & Metanoia, I have the right to decline a reach out for a missing item if I notice suspicious activity and assume scam or fraudulent behavior when contacting me about a missing or incorrect item.

I take payments through Stripe which accepts all major debit and credit cards including visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover.
