I created Mind, Body, & Metanoia on a whim sort of. I knew what I wanted for myself and others so I pushed to bring that. I wanted to create all-natural remedies and cleansers for my friends and family. I wanted to sell things that are affordable and good for you. We often see healthier options online and in stores and are turned away by the price tag and continue to reach for the more affordable option, naturally. I started this business with the intention to provide people near me with affordable natural herbal products so the better option will always be within reach with Mind, Body, & Metanoia. Of course, it wasn’t all just impulsive buying and selling. I spent hours of research, tested things on myself, made samples, read books, and I’m still currently gaining knowledge on herbalism as I go. I decided that if I’m going to make it a hobby for myself why not make it into a business and share my knowledge with everyone else. I’m still taking product requests and researching how to suit peoples needs with natural products. I realized the key to healing is not over the counter medication it’s what our planet Earth provides for us naturally. We just have to utilize our resources. That’s why I do it. To provide. To love.
